New Destiny Center, Inc. is a public, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, governed by a volunteer board of directors and headquarted in Jasper County, SC. Our central mission is to develop purpose, provide restoration and create change for children and their families who are at-risk and/or burdened by emotional and behavioral disorders (EBD). These disorders can stem from incidences of abuse and/or neglect to Attention Deficit Disorder.
 
Licensed by the South Carolina Department of Social Services, New Destiny Center operates a twenty-four hour Residential Care Home for Boys (group home) for ages 11-17.
 
 
 

We provide support to help our children reach their fullest potential and work through issues such as:

· Emotional and/or psychological

distress

· Behavioral disorders

· Delinquency

· Family issues

· Poor educational achievement

 

The program is managed by highly qualified and trained staff who are on-site 24 hours a day, and providing awake supervision at night.

All young people have the same basic needs. They need a safe and supportive environment to live in, and access to education, health services, sports and recreation. They also need to develop skills that will serve them well in their community and in the workplace.
